Aggressive getting us into the dealership and picking a vehicle, everything else was sub par. No email from salesman. My email to salesman for a couple things not delivered and a non-working part was met with a short email, including suggesting a non-working charger was our issue and we should try to fix it ourselves... A few weeks later we get an email about our Service Visit which we didn't have.. now 5 months later we get an email about why we aren't using our complementary service visits that we had never heard about/had no clue...
Nice people, answered my questions and walked me through the process. Now if they could get into my head so I could learn all the new electronics on the car, it would be nice. I know, I can make an appointment. but you store is a little further than I'd like to drive, I also know, I can go to the Brooklyn Park store. For now, I'm reading the book and watching the videos at my own pace. I will reach out if I need additional help.

We just bought our 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe from Jonathan Prado. He was incredible to work with - made the whole process very easy, was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He even went the extra mile to find us a car in our preferred color with a tow hitch, when another dealership didn't know they had our car on their lot! Will definitely shop there in the future for our next car.

I've been to this location twice, and both times have been so helpful and patient that I talk about it for days after. Someone asked if I've left a review, and I realized I hadn't. I was really impressed by Walser Hyundai, service adviser Arianna was awesome . She had a rental car waiting for me when I got there. She was very knowledgeable and courteous, I had a catalytic converter replaced. They were working on it within 10 minutes after I arrived. Highly recommend Arianna and the tech crew. Would not hesitate to go there anytime.

Service writer did not note my specific request NOT to change tire pressure and then the mechanic lied about in and out tire pressure. He released air out of hot tires. I checked my tires the following day and all 4 were way below the correct pressure and I had to air them up! When checking out the service writer was in a real hurry to get me out the door. She bouncing around from one station to another and doing this and doing that. Told me the amount I owed and basically ignored me. It was a very disappointing experience. ...
I didn't end up buying a car here because I wanted a different EV with a fastback profile. But I worked with Josh to potentially lease an IONIQ 6 sedan. He was great at being responsive and following up without pressuring me in any way. He was also knowledgeable about EVs and was transparent about the pricing as he worked with me. I highly recommend him as the guy to work with for a Hyundai, especially for an EV.

My car was damaged and the dealership is fighting us over it and denying that it was them. The service manager is very condensing and arrogant. Talks down to you and make you feel as if your being there is an inconvenience for him.

First, the job they did on the car seems to be good so far. The low rating is for the awful communication system they have in place. If you call their service line, the voicemail tells you to text for a "faster" response. That usually would happen at the end of their work day (or sometimes the next day) and even if you respond right away, you don't hear anything again til the next day. It was completely frustrating. The links in texts and emails did not work (to approve work and to view invoice) just adding ...
