Trade in was questionable $. Did not budge on sales price. Sales agent agreed to mail back the garage door opener of mine attached to the sun visor that i forgot after my purchase from them, he neglected to. This dealership appears to treat the consumer as a commodity vs a customer.

Left out warranty items to charge for them in a separate appointment. During an oil change they disconnected my battery and didn’t reset it and put in the update. Now blue link doesn’t work at all. Had zero issues with it prior to the appointment

06.19.2026 UPDATE: It took a Google Review to get response but Walser and the general manager owned the error of their ways. I was refunded the diagnostic fee and issued an apology. That speaks volumes. Speak up everyone and don't give up. Companies need to know when there is a problem so they can improve. Communication is the key. Many thanks to the Walser Corporation for stepping up.

I have had a completely disappointing experience with Hyundai Walser. Less than a month after purchasing my vehicle, multiple issues started appearing, and getting them addressed has been an uphill battle.
When I initially brought the car in, I was told they would fix one issue, while other problems were still occurring. After reporting all of the concerns, more than a week has passed and the issues still have not been properly resolved.

Customer Specialist Grant Lawson was extremely helpful, patient, upfront and straightforward. Within an hour of my inquiry he sent me a video specially made for me explaining all the aspects of the car in detail. No sales talk, no exaggeration, always factual and correct. The particular color Palisade I wanted was not immediately available with him, but he still gave me all the information and help a customer would expect. Sorry I couldn’t buy the car from him, but will go back to Grant anytime I need a new Hyundai
