The front and rear brake work on our 2019 Tucson was completed within the scheduled timeframe and was ready when promised. The bill was slightly higher than the original estimate, but the service associate worked to get the total closer to the estimate. I appreciated her efforts.

They took care of my recall in a timely manner! They totally missed that my rear struts were leaking after I asked them to check them. My shop found the leak right away and I have photo proof of the leak.

Biggest complaint is this: Did not receive actual papers copies of the purchase of the car and the extended warranty. It was only emailed. Now that I need to get the info it I look in my email box and it is all password protected. Just a ridiculous way out run purchase of a car

We knew the vehicle we wanted. Did not need financing. Had an appointment. Took 3 hours to complete the transaction, which feels excessive. People were very nice.
My wife and I went in just to look at cars and found the perfect one for us here. Natalie was the one who helped us and she was amazing! She was so kind through it all and made the whole process so smooth and easy. We would definitely come back when we look for cars in the future!

My only issue is the trouble I had to go to to prove that I was a veteran after I had provided my DD214 immediately. My SSN was on that paper and I still had to provide numerous documents to prove it was me because my name had changed.

I've had quite a few issues with my Santa Fe and all I have to say is without Arianna (Ari) I would have had to sell my car. I could not get any help from Hyundai USA customer service. She helped me so much, she is an absolute gem who gives real customer service and cares about you. She saved a longtime Hyundai Customer and she deserves a big fat raise!

I bought a 2027 Palisade Hybrid through Megan & Matt. The whole process was smooth, transparent and easy. Great people to work with and I highly recommend them and Walser.
New car, electrical drain issue 2 days after purchase. Car towed to nearest dealership per Hyundai. Walser coon rapids said not our problem contact Hyundai. So they do not stand behind a new vehicle 2 plus weeks to get it fixed. zero communication from dealerships and had to escalate to Hyundai to get car fixed.
This review is a little late, but at the beginning of the summer, I had the opportunity to purchase my first car from Walser Hyundai, and I’m so glad I took the chance.

We specifically asked questions that we later learned that the salesman was lying about. We also took it to a mechanic, as they said we could do, and the mechanic charged us over $300 to say it needed over $7000 work. They advised us that it was in bad condition. By God's grace the ACH payment glitched or we would own that piece of junk.

The dealership is new so is bright and clean. It appears well laid out and has amenities for customers that are designed to keep customers comfortable. The sales staff I worked with were very helpful and well educated about the vehicles.

We were pleased with being able to leave a voice message when we called and someone actually called back! The person we talked to was courteous as was the one who met us at the Service area. It was a bonus that the car was washed. The only thing that wasn't in order was the passenger side mirror had gotten kinked out of place (not broken). We failed to do our part by checking before driving away so we righted it en route.
Friendly salesperson and they dont try to pressure you at all. Didn't end up buying a vehicle but could be back once we're ready.
