I inquired about a vehicle I found online. I was set up with Chris. We set up a 6pm showing. We went on a test drive, then covered warranty options and details. Talked numbers and financing. No pressure, no rush. Three-and-a-half hours later, I was out the door with a new (used) vehicle. Did I mention they close at 8? 😳 Thanks for working overtime, being patient and not a salesman.

Sales people were excellent. No pressure fair price. Service department very disorganized and took over 8 days to determine a simple tire adjustment. Gave wrong info on wheel torg pounds,didn't clean new tire from rim sealer. Gave wrong instructions on paddle shifters.
I can not give Hyundai any good ratings. I can only tell you that Kelly Lokken is a gem. I give her 5 stars. Only if Kelly is involved. !

I have mixed feelings about this dealer. I like the videos to show the service person going over the vehicle, however, I've tried to find out why my navigation system sometimes does not connect to which I was told they couldn't determine the cause and that I should contact corporate. Shouldn't that be something you do?? And the last time I had my vehicle there, the service due message was not turned on so now it shows that I'm 110 days past due. Matt Zugibe was a true professional. He listened carefully to our needs instead of being pushy like stereo typical car sales people. We made a good deal the first day we met. If you want a Hundai you should ask for Matt.

Sales person Megan was very good. The vehicle we initially looked at didn’t fit our needs so they brought a vehicle from a dealership in Burnsville, which I appreciated. But…it was missing the spare tire, TPS didn’t work and a running light was out. None of these things were brought to our attention - I had to discover them. To their credit, agreed to fix the TPS and provide air to compensate for the lack of a spare. Refused to fix the running light though because “it’s not a safety issue.” That seemed petty.

I purchased this vehicle online with phone conversations with a sales consultant and sales manager. Asked a few times if any hidden fees. I drove 3 hours to pick the vehicle up the next day and worked with a different sales consultant as the sales person and sales manager I spoke with over the phone were off that day. I was not informed of that prior. Great experience buying a car and getting service at the Walser Hyundai in Coon Rapids. Once the sale was completed, the communication and replies to emails or calls were not quite as prompt, which is a bit disappointing.

Very busy. Handled the appointment fine and also did a recall on the back window. We have not received information about replacement of a window trim piece as of yet.
Update: added more stars as the Gm did reach out and helped me figure out repairs through warranty. They contacted me fast and seem to want to help Bought a certified preowned jeep and regret it. Within 8 weeks alternator completely died. Idle pulley system needed replacing. Now transmission acting up and my auto start stop light is on. Not impressed. I’ve never in my life had this many issues with a vehicle from a car dealership. Feel like I got played

The sales team was very good when we bought the car (new). The issue is the service group. I had an appointment for an oil change at noon and arrived about 10 min early. At check in I was told it would be about an hour and a half and there was a couple of soft ware updates they would do also. When I asked why it would take so long I was told they had a big rush. Trade in was questionable $. Did not budge on sales price. Sales agent agreed to mail back the garage door opener of mine attached to the sun visor that i forgot after my purchase from them, he neglected to. This dealership appears to treat the consumer as a commodity vs a customer.
