Fabulous customer service both online and in person! I was looking at their inventory online and someone quickly asked if they could help. They sent me all in stock cars that met my criteria in an email so didn’t have to deal with slow website. Then I said I’d set up appointment in the next week or so depending on weather since I drove 4 hrs. Set up appt promptly. The rep greeted me at the door and from there all went like clockwork!
After car shopping most of the day, we decided on the car from Walser. The sales person was friendly and gave us excellent service. He explained everything we needed to do to buy this car and didn't rush us.

I have only used the dealership 6 times since we moved to Coon Rapids and they have all been polite, efficient and very friendly. If the wait is going to be more than an hour they provide a ride home and a pick up to return. They tell me what the cost should be (baring any unexpected developments) and that is what they charge. I have talked to the sales manager and his assistant, the service manager and the greeters. I am very pleased with our relationship.
I couldn’t recommend this dealership, and specifically Nicholas and Matt, high enough. I’m 42 and I’ve been through this process 4 times and this was by far the best experience from beginning to end. In the next year or so, they will be the first place I look and I live 2.5 hours away.

My car started giving me problems about 6 weeks ago with the oil burning to fast out of my engine. Long story short ; through all the diagnostics come to find out my car ended up needing a whole new engine. Walser approved to get this approved as it was an internal issue with the car. I now have a new car again and hoping this doesn’t happen again. All the experts at Walser especially shout out to Jeremy for being so diligent and informing the whole time during my car going through different issues.

Very impressed with Walser Hyundai. I worked with Natalie K. trying to make a deal on an Ioniq5, and the experience was great. I ended up going with another brand because of better year-end incentives, but I loved the no-pressure atmosphere, upfront pricing, and rapid response to a bunch of email inquiries. I’ve dealt with a lot of salespeople over the years and can’t remember one who’s done it better. Hyundai makes a great product, so I suspect they’ll see me again in the future.
