That speaks volumes. Speak up everyone and don't give up. Companies need to know when there is a problem so they can improve. Communication is the key. Many thanks to the Walser Corporation for stepping up. Very poor service, misdiagnosed our vehicle in February, caused us not to have use of it for up to 100 days, took it to Luther who straightened everything out. I have complained to the service manager by letter and email to get a refund of the diagnostic fee and have not heard a peep. I provided full documentation of the services rendered elsewhere. On top of the diagnosis, they tried to upsell us on maintenance items that are not necessary. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for a reply. Do not do business with Walser Hyundai or Walser in general. I have not heard very good reviews from friends and family either.

Excellent sales consultant, Thomas worked with us from start to finish, knowledgable on all products. This is our 3rd Hyundai and have always been extremely happy with service and care from this dealership.

I have had a completely disappointing experience with Hyundai Walser. Less than a month after purchasing my vehicle, multiple issues started appearing, and getting them addressed has been an uphill battle. When I initially brought the car in, I was told they would fix one issue, while other problems were still occurring. After reporting all of the concerns, more than a week has passed and the issues still have not been properly resolved. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication. Ironically, before I purchased the vehicle, I received frequent calls and follow-ups from the sales team. Now that there is a problem, it feels like I am being ignored. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
