Friendly, knowledgeable and good communication - let me know that my service was going to take longer than stated

Just bought a vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience with Josh, our sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV we purchased, asked a lot of good questions about our needs and was very responsive when reaching out to him on line. This is our second purchase from Walser Hyundai Coon Rapids and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was involved in an accident where I was deemed not liable and was in need of a newer vehicle. I have been looking around to a lot of dealerships and Chip with Walser was the one who was very helpful and talked to me about what my vehicle needs are. He even followed up with me after I had a better idea of what my insurance payout looked like. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Not because of anything with Chip or Walser, but because I had a previous rapport with another dealer. Chip is not pushy like a lot of salespeople I've encountered. He's friendly and personable and talks to you like a friend more than a customer. Under different circumstances, I 100% would've bought a car from Chip.

Fabulous customer service both online and in person! I was looking at their inventory online and someone quickly asked if they could help. They sent me all in stock cars that met my criteria in an email so didn’t have to deal with slow website. Then I said I’d set up appointment in the next week or so depending on weather since I drove 4 hrs. Set up appt promptly. The rep greeted me at the door and from there all went like clockwork!
