I purchased this vehicle online with phone conversations with a sales consultant and sales manager. Asked a few times if any hidden fees. I drove 3 hours to pick the vehicle up the next day and worked with a different sales consultant as the sales person and sales manager I spoke with over the phone were off that day. I was not informed of that prior. My reasoning for a four star rating has to do with the fact they did not reveal the $399 charge for the Pulse 3000 (which we had them remove prior to signing) and the delivery process took way too long as the sales person went through all the add on options which we were not interested in. That process needs to be shortened up. On the plus side we got a great price on the vehicle and it was in very good delivery condition. I had high hopes of a great experience at this dealership but the sales presentation for the add on items and not informing us of the additional $399 Pulse 3000 charge made this a typical frustrating car buying experience.
