Test drive and sale of vehicle were fine. Wouldn’t negotiate on price but it was fair to begin with. Manager comes over during talk and tells me they have been getting alot of calls about the vehicle to imply some sort of pressure. Wasnt really any pressure on financing or too bad on warranty stuff other than they do the common wrap everything into a monthly payment increase vs what is that warranty is actually going to cost you so you cant balance it clearly. Was a pre owned vehicle with rust proofing done and they still tried to sell it to me. My main issue really was after sale. Two weeks later we had some rain and the driver’s door filled with water. I called my salesman to see if they would fix it and he coyly asks what i want them to do about it. Said he would talk to his manager then never heard from him again. I went without a bumper to bumper but at the same time if you purchase a $50k vehicle making a $80 dollar repair to drain the door and clean out the weep holes and investigate a door seal is a small price to pay to maintain a customer relationship.

Great experience buying my car here. Setting up an appointment was easy, and Tony was very responsive in getting my wife out to see the car afterwards and working around our busy schedule. I had a seamless experience working with other folks when Tony was busy; Jesse helped set up financing and Grant was able to help me finish the sales paperwork. I didn't feel pressured at any time during my car buying experience, which was a welcome change.

But working with the group of people, Faith, Eric and Natalie, it was easy and the couple of little bumps in the road I thought was going to be a big deal, they made it not a big deal and I had no missed work or anything life events!
