I had a problem with my head light. I had to go back into the shop again to get it addressed. The service manager along with the young lady attending the counter were absolutely amazing.. The service manager was Jeremy. I am not sure of the young lady’s name that was working the counter. I was there on 3/20 at 4:30pm. Thank you Stacy

My car was damaged and the dealership is fighting us over it and denying that it was them. The service manager is very condensing and arrogant. Talks down to you and make you feel as if your being there is an inconvenience for him.

First, the job they did on the car seems to be good so far. The low rating is for the awful communication system they have in place. If you call their service line, the voicemail tells you to text for a "faster" response. That usually would happen at the end of their work day (or sometimes the next day) and even if you respond right away, you don't hear anything again til the next day. It was completely frustrating. The links in texts and emails did not work (to approve work and to view invoice) just adding to the frustration. This would have been a 5 star rating if the communication hadn't been completely awful.

Had some issues with diagnosing the fuel door not opening. Had to come in for several appointments. The whole time staff was very informative and apologetic. Waiting room is very comfortable with complimentary beverages and popcorn. Dealership was extremely fair with compensating for the extra wait times for parts and inconveniences.

The service manager, Jeremy is a lier and dishonest. I had scheduled 3 different appointments to fix a problem and it was never diagnosed and I was lied to about it each time. I will never come back again. I will tell everyone I know about my experience and not to do business with coon rapids.

We've had better experiences. We've had better experiences with Walser. It was a transaction. Salesmen was very focused on the sale - of "any" car and very focused on the add-on. No proactive follow-up (assume because we didn't purchase any add-ons). A couple of problems discovered once we got home, sent email, received curt reply, but crickets after that...

Did a proper oil change and cross-rotated my tires as requested. I was really happy the whole process was completed sooner than promised. Even vacuumed the front mats and wiped the dash for me. Very Nice!!
