The staff is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. They truly care.

The sales team was very good when we bought the car (new). The issue is the service group. I had an appointment for an oil change at noon and arrived about 10 min early. At check in I was told it would be about an hour and a half and there was a couple of soft ware updates they would do also. When I asked why it would take so long I was told they had a big rush. I replied I had an appointment and was told they generally over book, so much for having an appointment. At the 2 hour mark I was told two different reasons why it was taking so long, one person said it was an issue with the box that does the software update was having an issue. Was then told by someone else it was one of the updates takes an hour. One or both of those people were not being truthful. It took 2.5 hours to finish the job and completely ruined my plans for the rest of the day. Really disappointed in my first interaction with the service department. I have pre purchased multiple oil changes and am now wondering if that was a mistake. We will see how the next appointment goes but after the first one I can not in good faith recommend your service department.

The purchasing of the vehicle was good. I have a disappointing feeling about getting in to service two week wait for something not working.

We purchased the car with a video from Matt. We were very happy with our purchase and we are enjoying it.

Trade in was questionable $. Did not budge on sales price. Sales agent agreed to mail back the garage door opener of mine attached to the sun visor that i forgot after my purchase from them, he neglected to. This dealership appears to treat the consumer as a commodity vs a customer.

Left out warranty items to charge for them in a separate appointment. During an oil change they disconnected my battery and didn’t reset it and put in the update. Now blue link doesn’t work at all. Had zero issues with it prior to the appointment
